REACh is the new European legislation on chemical substances and came into force during 2007.
Dishman Netherlands is fully informed on the widespread and complex implications that REACh will have, but also sees REACh as an opportunity! Due to the fact that REACh demands communication of use and risk of the substance along the complete whole supply chain; communication between Dishman, customer and supplier will improve.

REACh prescribed that all chemical substances were pre-registered by December 1st 2008; otherwise the substance could no longer be traded. In order to guarantee the delivery of our products, Dishman Netherlands has pre-registered its full product portfolio.
Dishman Netherlands shall not change the current product portfolio and, shall register all products which are produced in a quantity near or above 1 metric ton/year, within the required periods.

Dishman Netherlands is very well prepared for the registrations and is informed about the applicable rules coming from REACh.

Supply chain communication is very important. Dishman Netherlands shall have an active approach towards both supplier and customer for the required information. Important information that can be given by the customer/downstream user; is the use and application of our products. If, you as a downstream user have important information that can be used for the registration of our substances, we would be most grateful if you shared this information with us.

The following substances are registered according to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, Regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH):
