Cholesterol XG


Cholesterol XG is an essential ingredient in diets for shrimp farming. Cholesterol improves the growth and the immune system of crustaceans.

This results in a less susceptibility of the animals to diseases. The overall Food Conversion Ratio will also benefit from cholesterol enriched diets. Cholesterol XG and SF have the same mode of action. Cholesterol XG is more suitable for grow-out phase.

Use
As an additive for shrimp feed Cholesterol is an essential molecule for the synthesis of molting hormones, sex hormones, bile acids, vitamin D and is a building block for shrimp tissues. Cholesterol cannot be synthesized by the shrimp and has therefore to be added to the shrimp feed.


Packing
Fibre drums containing 50 kg nett in plastic foil.

Storage
To avoid contamination keep the drums well closed.
